Project Manager
Lead cross-functional projects that improve CTLE operations, guest experience, and internal systems.
Cape Town Luxury Escapes is looking for a Project Manager to help turn good ideas into calm, well-run delivery. You will work across operations, sales, finance, marketing, and technology to keep priorities clear, unblock teams, and make sure improvements land properly.
The Essentials
- Location: Hybrid: Cape Town office and remote.
- Type: Full-time, permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate internal projects from brief through delivery.
- Translate business goals into clear timelines, owners, and next actions.
- Run check-ins, track risks, and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Document processes and decisions so improvements are easy to repeat.
- Work with technical, operational, and client-facing teams to remove blockers.
- Measure project outcomes and identify follow-up improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years in project management, operations, product, hospitality, travel, or a related coordination role.
- Strong written communication and calm stakeholder management.
- Comfortable with task boards, documentation, spreadsheets, and reporting.
- A practical bias toward clarity, ownership, and finishing well.
- Based in or near Cape Town.
