Cape Town (and South Africa) is at risk for a severe drought. Please be cautious and conservative with water use.

Some Small Things That Each Individual Can Do To Help:

• Keep showers as short as possible.
• Turn off the taps when not actually using the water (i.e. while brushing teeth, shaving, soaping up, washing hair or dishes).
• While heating up the water, collect excess in a bucket/bowl and use for cleaning.
• Make sure you put a full load into the washing machine and dishwasher before starting a wash cycle.

For stays longer than a week, a courtesy weekly or mid-stay clean is offered. We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required.

Linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided.

Please note, you are required to have your valid physical Identification document (ID/ Passport/Drivers) on arrival for check-in.

• We do not allow any parties or events at the property. No more than 2 guests are allowed at the property at any time without prior approval.
• Please keep noise levels to a minimum (especially after 10pm).
• No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises.
• No pets are permitted on the property.
