Other Things To Note:

Kindly note that No visitors are permitted - only the registered occupants are allowed in the apartment.

It is mandatory for all guests staying in the property to produce their physical identification documentation (ID or Passport) prior to your check in. Electronic copies will not be accepted. Access will be denied to any guests who fail to provide the necessary physical ID or passport.

All guests are to please respect the quiet times between 22h00 and 08h00, failure to do so will result in a fine.

We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required.

Linen & towels as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided.

To note: Be mindful of your electricity usage. Please note that electricity token purchases are capped at ZAR1,500 per guest - excessive usage and additional purchases will be billed to the guest. Average electricity costs are ZAR1,000 per month, so you will most likely not exceed this.
