The main bedroom features two three-quarter mattresses on a single bed base, an open dressing area, an en-suite bathroom with double vanity, and easy access to the astroturf garden. The remaining bedrooms are equally stylish, with modern conveniences like air conditioning, TVs, and a shared bathroom.

The living and dining areas are perfect for relaxing, with seating for five and direct access to the pool deck. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the sea, featuring a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and bean coffee machine. The office features a height-adjustable desk along with sea views. The property features a private pool surrounded by sun loungers, where guests can enjoy the outdoors with a wood barbecue (BBQ), outdoor shower, and dining for eight – all complemented by stunning sea views. For those seeking a bit more activity, the property includes a well-equipped gym on the upper level. Strictly non-smoking, whether inside or outside the property.

This home is located in a peaceful residential area and is fitted with a noise monitoring device.

Exterior cameras are monitoring the exteriors of the property.

Parking:

Garage and driveway parking is available for two vehicles, as well as on-street parking.
