Austin is our full-time housekeeper. He lives on the property in a separate part of the property. He is there as much or as little as you need. He provides a light daily service, is there to help carry luggage and groceries up and down the stairs and provides some extra security.

We can help with everything from a private chef to the ultimate safari, and everything in between.

The most expensive area in Africa - need we say more? Uber is highly recommended, especially as parking can be tricky.

There is no secure parking, although it is usually easy to find parking and it is a safe area. Also, there are 100 stairs from the street and parking to the house, this is due to the fact that the bungalow is right on the beach! Austin, the house manager and butler, is always on hand to help carry any luggage or bags down to the bungalow, and there are always car guards around that are more than happy to help too for a small tip. Austin lives on the property in his own room and is extremely trusted by us.

Please be advised we are sometimes experiencing "Load shedding" across South Africa which is a schedule and continuous updates to interruption in electricity. We have provided back up power in this property to a certain extent but it is to be noted by the guest that the load shedding schedules and times change from day to day and sometimes at short notice. We cannot be held responsible for this and have provided a certain level of backup power in an attempt to alleviate the inconvenience caused. An application called ESKOM SE PUSH can be downloaded to access a schedule for the area in which you are staying.
