The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric hob, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer for convenience. The light-filled living and dining area offers seating for four, a television, air conditioning, and a dining table for six, seamlessly flowing to the balcony for relaxed indoor-outdoor living.
