The Bedrooms And Bathrooms:

The home comprises three well-sized bedrooms. The main bedroom has an extra-length king-sized bed, a huge en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in wardrobe. The additional two bedrooms have queen-sized beds with hotel-quality linen. These share a full bathroom, and there is a third guest cloakroom with a toilet and shower. The apartment also includes the bonus of secure rooftop parking and 24-hour security.

One of the best features of this property is its direct access to Clifton Beach from the apartment block – what more could you want!

Important Notes:

• The housekeeper visits once a week to water the plants and can provide a basic clean upon request. Please leave the keys in the lockbox for her if you anticipate being out.
• There is backup power available to a certain extent in the event of a power outage (rechargeable bulbs in the lamps and a UPS for WiFi connectivity).
• Please note that the lifts do not operate during power outages, so the stairs will need to be used to access the building. The apartment itself is located on the ground floor.
