This home is unlike any other you will find, and offers a bespoke, luxury getaway that is 100% off-the-grid. Inspired by the Zimbabwean Ruins, the Villa has an old world feel embodied in its towering hand-crafted walls, multiple bedroom wings, and exquisite interior furnishings.

The Villa offers premium privacy complimented by unequalled views from a birds-eye. The Cloud Luxury Villa is a unique and unrivalled home on the Garden Route. The property is completely private with its own access to the lagoon.

Guests are invited to enjoy all the facilities of the property which is set in 12ha of natural forest and vegetation bordering down to the Swartvlei lagoon below.

There is an abundant in wildlife, you are sure to come across, from beautiful bush buck to the more elusive and nocturnal creatures such as wild pig, porcupine, civets, honey badgers, rooikat (lynx) and many tortoises. It is also a bird watchers paradise, with over 150 species having been recorded on the property – many of which can be seen swooping over the rim-flow pool for a sip of water at sundown.

The Villa is adjacent to the lovely town of Sedgefield, home to the award-winning Wild Oats Market, and a short drive from shops and restaurants.

There are 8 beautifully decorated bedrooms in the Villa, which can comfortably sleep 18 people, and a standalone studio apartment accommodating a further couple.
