Guest Access:

Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to themselves.

Other Things To Note:

For stays longer than 8 days, a weekly mid-stay clean is offered. We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required.

Linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar, and basic shower amenities are provided.

*** Please be advised that remedial repairs and painting works will be carried out on the exterior facades of the building from 8th July to 5th September 2025. These works will involve high-pressure washing and other maintenance activities and will affect common property areas, particularly balcony units. Access will be gained via rope access, with workers descending from the roof throughout the duration of the works.

• Please keep noise levels to a minimum (especially after 10PM)
• No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises.
• No pets are permitted on the property.
