Notice To All Guests: Upcoming Construction At The Building

Please note that external construction work will be taking place at Harbour Terrace from 06 October 2025 until 01 April 2026, with contractors on site for repairs, waterproofing, painting, and general exterior maintenance. Work will pause during the builder’s holiday (15 December 2025 – 12 January 2026).

During this time, you may experience some noise and general construction activity around the building. We appreciate your understanding and patience as the Body Corporate undertakes these essential improvements.

• We do not allow any parties or events at the property. No more than four guests are allowed at the property at any time without prior approval.
• Please keep noise levels to a minimum (especially after 22:00).
