Notice To All Guests Regarding Upcoming Construction:

Please note that external construction work will be taking place at Harbour Terraces from 6 October 2025 until 1 April 2026, with contractors on site for repairs, waterproofing, painting, and general exterior maintenance. Work will pause during the builder’s holiday (15 December 2025 – 12 January 2026).

During this time, you may experience some noise and general construction activity around the building. We appreciate your understanding and patience as the Body Corporate undertakes these essential improvements.

• Please keep noise levels to a minimum (especially after 22:00).
