A beautiful, well equipped small house ideal for a small family. Very secure and in a very nice peaceful cul de sac in Constantia. Nice to have on site parking behind secured gate. Would recommend to anyone one.

This is a luxurious home with excellent finishes. It is in a quiet, peaceful street. The owners are very helpful. They provided wonderful treats for us on arrival. The housekeeper is friendly but discreet. It is exactly like the photos. I would highly recommend this home to everyone else. It is a precious find.

Review of Stylish 2-Bedroom Cottage in Constantia Why This Stay Deserves 1/5 If you’re considering a stay at the “Stylish 2-Bedroom Cottage in Constantia,” I strongly advise you to read this review before booking. My experience, unfortunately, was fraught with miscommunication, unexpected charges, and enormous stress. Booking Timeline and Key Agreements • Original check-in: 14 March 2025 • Original check-out: 13 May 2025 • First extension: On 6 May 2025, stay extended to 1 June 2025 • Notice to Vacate Agreement: On 16 May 2025, a new agreement with host Nicki reduced the notice to vacate from 30 days to 14 days. Then, the booking was extended from 1 June to 15 August 2025, with a clear cancellation policy: if notice was given, a full refund of the remaining days after the 14-day notice period. • Notice to Vacate Given: 9 July 2025, I gave 19 days’ notice to vacate on 27 July 2025—well within our agreed terms. Huge issue getting refunded. Issues Encountered • Unexpected Cleaning Fees:

We loved staying at Nicky’s house. The Constantia area is very quite and beautiful. The house itself was very clean and nicely decorated. We used the braai several times.

We had the best time at the cottage. The neighborhood is very safe. The house is specious and very clean. We travelled with two kids and it felt like home for us. Nice hiking tracks just minutes away. Definitely recommend to come here. Hayley was very nice and gave us good recommendations. :)

This cottage was perfect for a family of four holiday. Modern and well maintained decor. Private, quiet location that was in driving distance of major attractions like the botanical gardens, waterfront and table mountain. Hosts were very responsive. Would highly recommend!

The cottage was really lovely, superbly equipped. The kitchen was great, it really had everything you needed. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were really lovely. Thank you for having us!

We hast a wonderful time. The house was fantastic. Very quiet, with a great garden and outdoor kitchen. We felt very comfortable and would like to come back! Thanks a lot for all the activity and restaurant recommendations!

We enjoyed the lovely, quiet 'home away from home' with my family and wished we could stay for longer. The surroundings are amazing, the host's guide made it easy for us to navigate and find things to do with our 2 young girls. Candice was super helpful and we had a smooth check in and out. Would definitely return to this gem next time we are in CT!!!
