Set in the heart of the Stellenbosch winelands, Monticello Farm is an exceptional private farmhouse designed for multigenerational family gatherings, milestone celebrations, and unforgettable countryside escapes. The farm itself is a defining feature of the experience. From freshly harvested ingredients to the tranquil rhythm of working farmland, Monticello offers an authentic yet luxurious winelands setting.

The manor house consists of two levels:

• On the Upper level: a master bedroom suite with two en suite bathrooms (his & hers), foyer, stairs to mezzanine study on one side and separate tv room, catering kitchen with pantry and scullery area, one walk in cold room, one walk in pantry, and a patio lounge with braai, pizza oven and entertainment area.
• On the Lower level: there are six en suite bedrooms (one of which specially customised for disabled people), two separate guest toilets, three guest lounges, a guest kitchenette, foyer with stairs and a Kone 8 passenger lift, wine tasting area (vinoteque), and four patios.
• Monticello has a central floor heating system and Panasonic air conditioning throughout the house. All appliances are European and there is a domotic electrical system, from Gewiss.

Bedroom 1:

• En-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower, bidet. The bathroom is designated with rails in shower, to assist disabled & elderly

This room is equipped for the elderly or wheelchair use, with a large adjoining side room. Perfect for those with young children or in need of extra space.

These 2 rooms are part of a small apartment connected to the side of the house which includes a small lounge/tv room & kitchenette. Access through the garden less than 10m from main house.
