The Location:

Guest Access:

Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to themselves. 117 on Strand has a 24/7 security-controlled reception desk with private access to the elevators only after first registering in the reception lobby.

The apartments are fully protected against load shedding and have unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi.

This is one of the few places in the area with free indoor parking. You will have the use of two private indoor parking bays with direct elevator access.

Other Things To Note:

Getting around should you not hire a car: Many amenities are within walking distance and both taxis and Uber readily service the area.

A bus stop for a popular MyCiti bus route is nearby. This is a reliable bus service with routes taking you to the inner City. It connects to other routes going to the V&A Waterfront, Clifton & Camps Bay beaches, as well as the Hout Bay fishing village.

The red open top "Hop-on, Hop-off" City Sightseeing bus is a great way to get to know and explore our city and its surrounds.

Please note that the building has recently enforced a no visitation policy. Only the guest who made the booking and whose name the booking is under, will be allowed access into the building.

117 on Strand is a no-smoking block which includes all indoor apartments as well.

We can arrange cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost.

Linen & towels as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar, and basic shower amenities are provided.

Smart elevator technology ensures safety; report any issues immediately for resolution.

• We do not allow any parties or events at the property. No more than 8 guests are allowed at the property at any time without prior approval
• Please keep noise levels to a minimum (especially after 10PM)
• No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises.
• No pets are permitted on the property.
