Upon entry, the lower level welcomes you with an inviting open-plan layout. The lounge area features plush seating, a TV, and an ornamental fireplace, setting the stage for cosy evenings. Adjacent is the dining area, which showcases a stunning wooden table with seating for six, perfect for intimate gatherings. The sleek kitchen, decorated in a palette of black and white tones, is a culinary haven equipped with modern amenities including a dishwasher, fridge, gas stove, and Nespresso machine.
Tucked away on this level is the first bedroom, featuring a luxurious king-size bed, ample built-in cupboards, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. A door leads from the bedroom to an outdoor patio area, which includes an additional shower—ideal for rinsing off after a day at the nearby beach. Adjacent to the kitchen is a versatile study or workstation area, offering a tranquil space for productivity, with double doors opening onto the outdoor patio featuring a sun-umbrella seating area and a Weber BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining.
Ascending the staircase from the lounge, the second level reveals the second bedroom, which features a queen-size bed and built-in cupboards housing an inverter system. A step-up ladder leads to an elevated balcony offering breathtaking views of Lion's Head. This level also includes a dedicated bathroom with a shower, ensuring comfort and convenience for guests.

Smoking is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, hookah pipes, cannabis, or vaping devices. A severe fine will be levied for any transgressions.
This is a dedicated year-round vacation apartment that is exclusively and professionally managed. The manager's offices are based in Camps Bay. This property was meticulously vetted prior to onboarding and comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, Wi-Fi, and hotel-grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay.

The property manager is delighted to inform you that this property is protected by Truvi. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify your identity and finalise the process. In the unlikely event that Truvi is unable to provide the necessary damage cover, you will be required to provide a large physical damage deposit prior to arrival. Transit:
MyCiTi is Cape Town’s modern, scheduled bus service and an easy way to get around the city. Current routes link the airport and central Cape Town with Camps Bay and Clifton. All you need is your Myconnect card preloaded with money, which you can do at any MyCiTi station or select retailer. Alternatively, one of the easiest ways to get around is by Uber. Simply download the app on your smartphone, register, and start using it straight away. The best part is that you register with your credit card details, so you do not need to carry cash for a ride.

Electricity:
South Africa has been experiencing periods of load-shedding (unscheduled electricity disruptions). This means that electricity goes off for periods of two and a half hours or more at a time. We often do not know in advance when this will happen. Most of our owners, however, have taken measures to ensure your comfort during your stay. There is an app you can download to see the schedule and plan your day accordingly. Please search your app store for ESP – The Loadshedding App. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. This is unfortunately out of our hands and governed by the South African electricity providers. Accordingly, neither the manager nor the owner shall be liable for any refunds, compensation, or discounts as a result of services being unavailable due to load-shedding.
Noise Control:
- No parties of any kind are to be held at the apartment.
- No noise or music of any nature (audible to neighbours) is allowed between 9 pm and 7 am during the week and between 10 pm and 7 am at weekends.
- No hooting or shouting in the street at any time.
- Should you have a guest or two visiting, please make them aware that parking is very limited; they must not park in front of another person's garage or driveway.
Travel Insurance:
It is imperative that you have procured adequate and fully comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover and cover for the theft of personal items.
Groups:
No groups of solo travellers unless by request. No bachelor or bachelorette party groups are permitted.
Children:
Although we accept children at this property, there may still be child safety concerns for guests with younger children, such as balconies, split-level terraces, and unfenced pools. Guests staying with children do so at their own risk and are urged to take all due care and attention during their stay.
Monthly Stays:
- For monthly discounts, electricity will be for your own account.
- No daily housekeeping will be included within the rate, but it can be paid for additionally when available and permitted.
- Standard amenities, such as Wi-Fi and DSTV (if applicable), will be included.
- Reasonable water usage is included; this will be monitored according to current city limits.
