Guest Access:

Guests will be given their own set of keys and will have the apartment to themselves.

Other Things To Note:

We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required.

Linen and towels, as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar, and basic shower amenities, are provided.

Notice To All Guests: Upcoming Construction At The Building

Please note that external construction work will be taking place at Harbour Terraces from 06 October 2025 until 01 April 2026, with contractors on site for repairs, waterproofing, painting, and general exterior maintenance. Work will pause during the builder’s holiday (15 December 2025 – 12 January 2026).

During this time, you may experience some noise and general construction activity around the building. We appreciate your understanding and patience as the Body Corporate undertakes these essential improvements.

• Please keep noise levels to a minimum (especially after 22:00).
