This lovely two-bedroom, two-bathroom (renovated in 2021) apartment is situated directly across from the ocean and has uninterrupted sea views.
The living area and kitchen are open plan, with direct access to a balcony with views and outdoor seating/dining space.
The master bedroom with en-suite shares the same beautiful ocean views and the second bedroom has twin beds and is set at the back of the apartment.
The apartment is in a secure block and has dedicated parking.
Load Shedding Back Up:
What Is Powered: All of the lights, the entertainment, Wi-Fi and all of the plugs in the property. They are powered for four hours.
What Isn’t Powered: The geysers and tumble dryer, oven and stove don't work during load shedding. The building lifts don't work during load shedding.
Housekeeping:
This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.
Child Policy:
This home welcomes all ages.

This property is strictly non-smoking but allows smoking outside.

MaravillosoThe accommodation is great, the beds are super comfortable and it is decorated with very good taste. It has everything you need to feel at home. The location is great for exploring the city and also has private parking.

Great location & beautiful apartment to stay in. It was great to have a safe parking spot to park the car and walk to everything from there. Clean, neat & tidy! Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, comfy and convenient. Great location at Seapoint. Can walk to lots of restaurants. Easy drive to lots of sights. Beautiful sunsets. The only drawback would be the traffic noise if you want to leave the windows open during the day. If you are coming during hot summer nights, you will miss having AC. Other than that, great vacation home!

The accommodation offered by Nox was very nice. We had a pleasant family stay there. The view of the sea, the space in the accommodation is really appreciable. The daily cleaning is top notch!!! It is true that discovering Cape Town can be done by going to restaurants, but when the weather conditions are not suitable, then cooking on site is a bit limited. The pots are a bit small (and worn out) for 4 people. Overall, the apartment is very good.
