The spacious master suite features a king-size bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a freestanding bath. Three further elegantly appointed bedrooms offer comfort and style. The kitchen, equipped with top-notch appliances, beckons culinary adventures. Multiple living and dining areas, including a formal lounge with a gas fireplace and a television lounge, ensure ample space for relaxation. Outside, a private pool, sun-loungers and alfresco dining await, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the panoramic views. Additional amenities include an ocean-view gym, a jacuzzi and a fire pit with seating for four, set on the deck and framed by mountain views. This home has housekeeping from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.

This property does not accommodate children under the age of 12.

Smoking Policy:

This property is strictly non-smoking but allows smoking outdoors.

Cameras:

Exterior cameras monitor the entrances, driveway, back garden, perimeter fences, barbecue and pool areas.

Air conditioning is not available throughout the property. A steep driveway leads to the front entrance.
