The Space:

The Penthouse has a stylish minimalist approach with thoughtful touches and finishes throughout. It offers a stunning, contemporary design with abundant space and natural light. The home features a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area with floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors.

The open-plan living area leads onto a large balcony, complete with loungers and a dining area offering panoramic ocean and mountain views. You can head up the spiral staircase to the rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the best sunsets in the world over a few glasses of wine. The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with high-end appliances and a dishwasher.

The lounge is fitted with a large L-shaped couch, a smart Tv with Netflix, and a gorgeous view of the ocean overlooking the balcony.

Bedroom 1:

Extra king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom that is open to the bedroom, featuring a stand-alone bathtub and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2:

Double bed with a stand-alone bathroom and a shower situated right next door.

Bedroom 3:

The third bedroom also has a double bed and a stand-alone bathroom with a walk-in shower right next door.

This property has an inverter for the Tv and Wi-fi during load-shedding.

Please Note:

There is some demolition occurring in the area, although not directly next to the property or in the same road. It may cause some noise on certain days; we thank guests for their patience and understanding.

• Check-in is from 15:00
• Check-out is before 10:00
• We do not allow any parties or events at the property. No more than six guests are allowed at the property at any time without prior approval.
• Please keep noise levels to a minimum (especially after 10pm).
• No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises.
• No pets are permitted on the property.
