Located high up on Geneva Drive, this villa offers beautiful ocean and mountain views and is perfect for a family reunion or large groups travelling together.
Space:
This villa is built over two levels and set in the heart of Camps Bay, making it a practical choice for large groups or families seeking space and privacy. Indoor living areas open to garden terraces, balconies, and sea-facing outlooks, with the Camps Bay Promenade and the Table Mountain Cableway close by.
Seven bedrooms are arranged for comfort and flexibility. The garden-level master suite features a king bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite with a bath and double vanity. Additional bedrooms open to the garden, patios, or balconies, offering twin or queen beds, workspaces, and a mix of open-plan or dedicated bathrooms. Select rooms are air-conditioned, including upper-level sea-view suites and the separate cottage. The cottage provides added independence with a kitchenette, DStv, air conditioning, and a full en-suite.
The kitchen includes a gas hob, Nespresso machine, and breakfast bar, supported by a scullery. Open-plan living and dining areas extend to a sea-view balcony, with generous seating, a bar, and workspaces. Outdoors, a pool, sun loungers, a charcoal braai, and dining for eight create an easy setting for time together. A double garage provides parking for two cars, with space for two additional vehicles in the gated driveway, while an alarm system and electric fencing complete the offering.
Please Note:
Air conditioning is not available throughout the entire property. Please be aware that there are many stairs from the parking area to the entrance of the villa.
Housekeeping:
This home includes housekeeping services from Sunday to Friday, excluding Saturdays and public holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days upon request.
Load Shedding Backup Power:
During load shedding, all lights, entertainment systems, Wi-Fi, and power sockets remain operational. There is also a gas stove available. Please note that the air conditioning units and geysers do not function during load shedding.
Child Policy:
This villa does not accommodate children under the age of two.
Neighbourhood:
Camps Bay is movie-set pretty with its palm-lined beach and backdrop of the Twelve Apostles mountain range, which forms part of Table Mountain. With restaurants, bars, and clubs lining the buzzing Victoria Road, Camps Bay is a great setting for an unforgettable holiday.

- A refundable security deposit of up to R20,000 may be required at our discretion before check-in.

- Check-in is anytime after 2:00 PM.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Please Be Aware
- Load shedding back up: All of the lights, the entertainment, wifi and all of the plugs work during load shedding.
- There is also a gas stove. The geysers do not work during loadshedding.
- Open pool with no net or pool gates.
- There are stairs to access the villa, inside the villa and in the garden.
- The City of Cape Town experiences daily electricity outages (commonly known as Load Shedding). These outages are expected to last for roughly 2.5 hours each time. This is unfortunately something that is out of our hands and governed by the South African Electricity providers, however we have taken a number of measures to ensure minimum impact during your stay. We had a wonderful experience in Cape Town, and this place was really ideal for us, since it was within walking distance to good restaurants and bars, but it wasn't very far from Table Top Mountain (15 mins drive). And walkable to Lion's Head (30 mins walk). Highly recommend this place to first-timers and regular visitors. Lastly, it was very good value for money.

We had a wonderful family stay. The house is beautiful and has a perfect set up for a group stay. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The WIFI worked and we were pleasantly surprised to be unaffected by load shedding. The house is just as pictured and I would consider returning again. Thank you! Just some feedback or heads up for future guests: The TVs in the rooms unfortunately stopped working after the 1st day but the main one in the lounge was enough for us to keep up with all the sports on the weekend. There was no coffee machine (as advertised) or cushions for the pool lounges. Most of us also weren't provided with pool towels. Some of the plugs in the bedrooms did not seem to work and the baths in the two single bedrooms (with no showers) had no plugs. One of the fridges did not work well and we could not store any food in it - the housekeeper did inform us of this as we arrived so we did not have to find out the hard way.

We loved staying here with our large family. It was conveniently close to all the restaurants in Camp's Bay--and it was only a $2 Uber ride to get there one-way. Everyone loved the house and the spacious bedrooms. The views of the ocean, Lion's Head, and Table Mountain were beautiful. If we go back to Cape Town we will definitely stay there again.

Hosts and housekeepers were great, very helpful and responsive. It's a 20-minute walk to Camps Bay down the hill. Nice pool.

The house was exactly what we needed, spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The communication, service, and additional service options of the agency made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Camps Bay is the perfect hub for exploring the Cape Town area and the location is an excellent spot for larger groups.
