Please note that the property is spread across three levels with multiple staircases. As such, it may not be suitable for guests with disabilities or mobility issues and small children will require adult supervision.

Guests can expect a range of modern conveniences. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. A housekeeper is on duty Monday to Friday, with weekend and public holiday availability upon request for an additional fee. The property is equipped with an alarm system linked to 24-hour emergency response through ADT, with a response time of under two minutes for peace of mind. Secure garage parking is available in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, and a washing machine is on hand for use, with housekeeping staff able to assist with laundry and ironing at an additional fee.

Check-in begins at 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure. Please note, a late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 20:00. The villa is also fully equipped with a backup power system to keep the entire house running seamlessly during load shedding.

Additional services are available on request, including high chairs, baby cots, and baby gates, as well as babysitting services, private chefs, and private tours or transport. Guests can also enjoy professional massage treatments on-site or request pre-arrival grocery shopping for added convenience. For those eager to explore, a variety of tailor-made tours are available, including Peninsula tours, wine tours, city orientation tours, whale watching, and even shark cage diving. Chauffeur-driven coaches for up to 25 people can also be arranged.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. While parties are not allowed, small lunches or dinners for up to 12 guests (including tenants) can be arranged with approval. Music must be turned down by 10:00 PM, and terms and conditions apply.
