The villa is split over two levels, with one bedroom on the lowest level and four bedrooms on the main level.

The property is entered on the lowest level, which features a gym and one bedroom. The bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, as well as air-conditioning.

The second level houses the living spaces, kitchen and remaining four bedrooms. A contemporary-chic lounge with wood burning fireplace has comfortable couches and a large flat screen television connects effortlessly with the dining area, which features an an eight-seater dining table. A state-of-the-art kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities. A separate scullery has a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

Bedroom one commands breathtaking ocean views with a luxury king size bed, spacious en-suite bathroom with shower, bath and twin vanities and a private balcony is the perfect place to unwind and soak up the views. What Is Powered:

All lights and plug points work. Fridge, microwave, coffee machine, blenders/mixer.

If there is a major electrical failure then the Inverter System can run for about 8-10 hours depending on how many lights and plugs are used.

What Isn't Powered:

The aircon, laundry appliances, and stoves don't work during load-shedding.

Housekeeping

This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.

Child Policy

This home does not accommodate children under 12.

Smoking Policy

This property is strictly non-smoking but allows smoking outside.
