The open plan kitchen is truly the heart of the home, with seating at the counter and a separate breakfast nook, it’s a great place for people to gather in the mornings. Fully equipped with all the essentials, those who enjoy cooking will feel right at home.

There is a formal dining area with seating for up to 18 guests and more informal dining options outside, with a long table on the balcony and smaller tables available in the garden. A number of living areas are located throughout the villa, furnished with comfortable couches so that you can sit back and relax.

Each of the bedrooms is warm and inviting, decorated with colourful accents and beautiful artwork. They also enjoy views of the sea, mountains or garden.

Outside, there are sun loungers by the swimming pool, a patio lounge and outdoor dining on the balcony as well as a number of comfortable chairs where you can sit and enjoy the views.

Load Shedding Backup:

• What is Powered: All of the lights, the entertainment, Wi-Fi and all of the plugs in the property. Hours they are powered for 4
• What isn’t Powered: The air conditioners and the geysers are also excluded from the power backup as well as the oven
• What doesn’t Require: There is a gas stove works throughout loadshedding.

Housekeeping:

This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and public holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.

This property is strictly non-smoking but allows smoking outside.

This home is located in a peaceful residential area and is fitted with a noise monitoring device.
