(The fourth and fifth bedrooms are only accessible via external staircases). The open-plan living and dining room is filled with light and the sea breeze; it has direct access to the pool deck and provides an ideal space for both relaxation and entertaining while enjoying the stunning views.

The well-equipped kitchen, featuring a breakfast bar, electric hob, and coffee machine, is the perfect space for creating culinary delights. Explore nearby attractions such as Camps Bay Beach or Table Mountain, both within a five-minute drive. The Lions Lookout offers a retreat where every detail has been considered for comfort and style, ensuring a memorable holiday.

Please note that the garage is not available for guest use, but there is street parking available in the quiet cul-de-sac.

This home is located in a peaceful residential area and is fitted with a noise-monitoring device.
