This magnificent house has direct access to Bakoven Beach, one of Cape Town’s most popular small swimming beaches, just past the well-known Camps Bay strip. With unparalleled ocean views and outdoor and indoor entertaining areas, it is the epitome of a perfect location.
Conveniently located, it is within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and shops in central Camps Bay – yet perfectly private. The highlight is a double parking garage (a rarity in this area).
This property is laid out perfectly to optimise relaxation and enjoyment of the setting. Upon entering the open-plan upper level, your first impression is breathtaking ocean views. Exposed beams and coastal-themed blue-and-white décor set the tone for the ultimate beach escape, creating an ideal ambience for relaxed dining and entertaining. A gas hob and barbecue make cooking indoors and out easy, while a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer make longer stays comfortable and convenient.
On the lower level, all three spacious bedrooms and bathrooms have televisions, and sliding doors opening onto the outdoors. The main suite at the front of the property has its own balcony with sun loungers overlooking the beach.
Cool off under the outdoor shower after the beach in summer, and enjoy a glass of wine in front of the gas fireplace in winter.
The property’s dedicated housekeeper, Siya, will be at the house for check-ins between 9am and 5pm. For later arrivals, there is a lockbox; the code for which will be sent closer to your arrival.

- The property offers secure off-street parking, as well as two additional on-street bays in front of the house.
- The home is equipped with back-up power in the event of a power outage.
- Private transfers are available at extra cost.

- The property is serviced daily from Monday to Saturday.
