The apartment features two well-sized bedrooms, including a main bedroom with lovely views of the ocean and beach. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and slight ocean views.
The open-plan living and dining area is bright and breezy, with plenty of space to unwind after a day in the sun. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the basics covered, whether you are whipping up breakfast or a simple dinner.
There are two family bathrooms, both neat and functional. The apartment comes with a convenient single garage with parking for one small- to medium-sized car. Transit
Myciti is Cape Town’s modern, scheduled bus service, and an easy way to get around the city. Current routes link the airport and central Cape Town with Camps Bay and Clifton; all you need is your Myconnect card preloaded with money, which you can do at any Myciti station or select retailer. Alternatively, one of the easiest ways to get around is by Uber. Just download the app on your smartphone, register and start using it straight away. The best part is that you register yourself with your credit card details, so you do not always need to have cash on you to catch a ride.
Notes
Rates for 2025/26 have been significantly reduced due to ongoing construction next door to the property. The construction noise levels may vary from extremely noisy to completely quiet, and we cannot provide any guarantees regarding this. By accepting the rate and proceeding with your booking, please be aware that no further compensation will be offered upon arrival or during your stay due to the construction. – November 2025.

Electricity:
South Africa has been experiencing periods of load-shedding (unscheduled electricity disruptions). This means that electricity goes off for periods of two and a half hours or more at a time. We often do not know in advance when this will happen. Most of our owners, however, have taken a number of measures to ensure your greatest comfort during your stay. There is an app you can download to ensure you know what times it will take place and plan your day accordingly. Please search your app store for Esp – The Loadshedding App. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. This is, unfortunately, something that is out of our hands and is governed by the South African electricity providers. Accordingly, neither nor the owner shall be liable for any refunds, compensation or discounts as a result of services being unavailable due to load-shedding.
Noise Control:
This apartment is situated in a quiet residential area and we need to adhere to strict noise control measures implemented by the body corporate and city council for this area. We, therefore, need you to understand and accept the following conditions:
- No parties of any kind are to be held at the apartment.
- No noise or music of any nature (audible to neighbours) is allowed between 9 pm and 7 am during the week and between 10 pm and 7 am on weekends.
- No hooting or shouting in the street at any time, day or night.
- Should you have a guest or two visiting, please make them aware that parking is very limited and they must not park in front of another person's garage or driveway.
Travel Insurance:
It is imperative that you have procured adequate and fully comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover and cover for the theft of personal items.
Groups:
No groups of solo travellers are permitted unless by request. No bachelor or bachelorette party groups are permitted.
Children:
Although we accept children at this property, there may still be child-safety issues and concerns for guests with younger children, such as balconies, split-level terraces and unfenced pools. Guests staying with children do so at their own risk and are urged to take all due care and attention during their stay.
Monthly Stays:
Please note that for monthly discounts, electricity will be for your own account.
- No daily housekeeping will be included within the rate but can be paid for additionally when available and permitted.
- Standard amenities e.g. Wi-fi and Dstv, if applicable, will be included.
- Reasonable water usage is included; this will be monitored according to current city limits.
- Garden and pool services will be included when permitted.
