This cosy four-bedroom, three-bathroom, two-storey bungalow is perfectly located on Clifton’s famous Fourth Beach, one of the world’s top beaches. Just a one-minute walk to the beach, an eight-minute walk to Camps Bay, and a five-minute drive to the city centre, it offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience.

The home is secure, peaceful, and private, featuring fast Wi-Fi and air conditioners in every room except the third bedroom. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and all four come with blackout curtains. The spacious lounge is ideal for unwinding, with a sound system that enhances your movie-watching experience.

The modern kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, a Nespresso machine, and a filtered water dispenser providing instant hot and cold water. A separate scullery includes a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The outdoor areas are absolutely amazing, with a private garden perfect for sunbathing or hosting a braai with friends. The gardeners maintain the grounds every second Friday. Please note that you need to walk down the stairs to reach both the house and the garden.

Housekeeping is included on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with the option for additional services at an extra cost; please inform us in advance. Kindly note that smoking is prohibited inside the house.

The property is very safe, connected to a local security company, and offers free street parking, although there is no allocated parking space. This is the perfect home for a relaxing beach holiday with all the comforts you need.

• Do not leave any food out that may attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free, and we would like to keep it that way with your help.
