Fire Compliance:

Tampering with smoke detectors or triggering them by smoking is strictly prohibited. A R2,000 fine will be charged per incident. Tampering with fire safety equipment is a criminal offence and will be reported to the South African Police Service.

• Check-out is before 10:00.
• We do not allow any parties or events at the property. No more than two guests are allowed at the property at any time without prior approval.
• Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
• No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises.
• No pets are permitted on the property.
