The open-plan ground floor living area is fitted with a large, well-equipped kitchen and separate scullery that allows for seamless cooking and entertaining. The lounge doors stack for uninterrupted views of the beachfront, making for some mesmerising sunsets. Rare for a Clifton bungalow is the spacious outdoor area with a large swimming pool and numerous spaces to eat and unwind. Stackable doors make for seamless flow from the kitchen to laid-back shaded spaces to enjoy alfresco meals. Screened from view by vegetation, the private pool area, accompanied by eight sun loungers, is the perfect spot to cool off after a day at the beach.

The main suite with a full bathroom sits on the ground floor, boasting expansive sea views. The lower level hosts two further en-suite bedrooms. All bedrooms have been tastefully furnished with American shutter doors for easy outdoor access and optimal security.

Guests can access the property via two entrances: the single parking area behind the automated gate or the bottom staircase closer to the beach.

Private Parking:

• One designated private parking bay located just off the Third Beach parking lot.
• In classic Clifton style, access to the bungalow is via steps leading down from the parking bay to the home.

The Bungalow:

• Guests will be required to read, understand, and sign the house rules upon arrival.
• The home includes an inverter to provide backup power during outages.

Housekeeping:

Lina is the home’s dedicated housekeeper and is very reliable and experienced. She is available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Her schedule can be flexible depending on your preferences and requirements. Should you wish to adjust her working days or hours, please feel free to reach out to the house manager, who will be happy to assist in arranging this for you.
