This is a dedicated year-round holiday home, which is exclusively and professionally managed. The manager's offices are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding and comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, Wi-Fi, and hotel-grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay.

Important: The property manager is delighted to inform you that this property is protected by TRUVI. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by TRUVI directly to verify yourself and finalise the process. In the unlikely event that TRUVI is unable to provide the necessary damages cover, you would be required to provide a large physical damages deposit prior to arrival. An upfront small payment towards your damage deposit/waiver will be requested to complete your verification process.

As well as being a popular summer attraction for locals and tourists who flock to the beach, Camps Bay boasts plenty of restaurants and watering holes that line the famous sunset strip for fun that continues long after dark.

Transit

MyCiTi is Cape Town’s modern, scheduled bus service, and an easy way to get around the city. Current routes link the airport and central Cape Town with Camps Bay and Clifton. All you need is your Myconnect card preloaded with funds, which you can do at any MyCiTi station or selected retailer. Alternatively, one of the easiest ways to get around is by Uber. Just download the app on your smartphone, register, and start using it straight away. The advantage is that you register yourself with your credit card details, so you do not need to always have cash on you to catch a ride.

House Rules

Please take note of the following before booking. You will be required to sign a separate guest registration form prior to arrival in order for us to facilitate your check-in.

Electricity (Load Shedding Policy):

South Africa has been experiencing periods of load shedding (unscheduled electricity disruptions), meaning that the power goes off for periods of 2.5 hours or more at a time. We often do not know in advance when this will happen. While most owners have taken measures to ensure your comfort, you can download the app "ESP – The Load shedding App" to monitor times and plan your day accordingly. We apologise for any inconvenience. This is outside of our control and governed by the South African electricity providers. Accordingly, neither the property manager nor the owner shall be liable for any refunds, compensation, or discounts as a result of services being unavailable due to load shedding.

Noise Control:

This villa is situated in a quiet residential area, and we adhere to strict noise control measures implemented by the body corporate and city council. We require you to understand and accept the following conditions:

• No parties of any kind are to be held at the villa.
• No noise or music of any nature (heard by neighbours) is allowed between 9 pm and 7 am during the week, and between 10 pm and 7 am on weekends.
• No hooting or shouting in the street is allowed at any time (day or night).
• Should you have one or two guests visiting, please make them aware that parking is very limited, and they must not park in front of another person's garage or driveway.

Travel Insurance:

It is imperative that you have procured adequate and fully comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover and cover for the theft of personal items.

Groups:

No groups consisting solely of solo travellers are permitted, unless by prior request. Bachelor and bachelorette party groups are not permitted.

Children:

Although we accept children at this property, there may still be child safety concerns for guests with younger children, such as balconies, split-level terraces, and unfenced pools. Guests staying with children do so at their own risk and are urged to take all due care and attention during their stay.

Monthly Stays:

Please note that for monthly discounts, electricity will be for your own account.

• Daily housekeeping will not be included within the rate but can be paid for additionally when available and permitted.
• Standard amenities (e.g., Wi-Fi and DSTV, if applicable) will be included.
• Reasonable water usage is included; this will be monitored according to current city limits.
• Garden and pool service will be included when permitted.
