Large sliding doors on both sides let in the fresh coastal breeze.

Load Shedding Backup:

During load shedding, the backup power supports:

Housekeeping:

Housekeeping is provided Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days upon request.

Child Policy:

This home does not accommodate children under 12 years of age.

Smoking Policy:

This property is strictly non-smoking indoors, but smoking is permitted outside.

Cameras:

Exterior cameras monitor the entrances, driveway, stairs, side of the property, and garage passage.

Parking:

Parking for one vehicle is available in a shared garage. Driveway parking and free on-street parking are also available on a first-come, first-served basis.

There is a second 3-bedroom apartment below this one which can be rented together as a luxurious 6-bedroom villa. The two units are joined by the lift but are otherwise completely separate from each other, maximising privacy for a larger group. The gym is shared with the unit above.
