This three-bedroom apartment is a refurbished original Victorian home built in 1905. It is ideally located in Camps Bay with only a short walk to the famous strip and beach.
The wooden floors, luxurious leather couches and old-fashioned doors add to the charm of the villa.
The best views from the house can be seen from the wing chairs in front of the large plate glass sash window looking onto Bakoven Beach.
Space
Enjoy the old-world charm of this lovingly refurbished original Victorian home built in 1905. It is ideal for a group of friends or a family. It has spectacular views of the Twelve Apostle mountain range and the Atlantic Ocean.
Plate glass sash windows look down on the intimate Beta Beach - a sheltered haven for Cape Town's most selective sun seekers. The two comfortable wing chairs are the ideal spot for watching the endless change of the ocean, and the large leather sofa invites you to curl up in front of the satellite TV or to enjoy a good book. Old-fashioned double doors open onto a terrace with table and chairs to enjoy al fresco dining. A few steps lead to the paved sun terrace and a large solar-heated swimming pool and barbecue. The six sun loungers are the perfect spot to watch the sun set into the Atlantic with a chilled glass of wine in your hand.
The three bedrooms of this self-catering accommodation in Cape Town are all accessed from the living area and have views of mountain and sea, each with its own en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. Two rooms have queen-sized beds, and one is a twin that can be made up as a king-size bed. One bathroom has a bath and a separate shower, the other two have showers only.
The kitchen is very well equipped with everything required for simple catering.

What is Powered: All of the lights, the entertainment, Wi-Fi including the fridge, and the plugs in the lounge. Hours are usage dependent.
What Isn’t Powered: All the plugs in the kitchen do not work during loadshedding. The air conditioners and the geysers are also excluded from the power backup.
Housekeeping
This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and public holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.
Child Policy
This home does not accommodate children under 12.

This was truly one of our most exceptional stays to date. The property offers breathtaking, picturesque views beyond imagination and is beautifully designed. Spacious enough to comfortably accommodate six guests. The pool and entertainment area added tremendous value to our experience and were thoroughly enjoyed. The stay was really nice and comfortable. The property was clean. The kitchen was well equipped. It had a beautiful view. The shops are within walking distance.

The place is great for a big family and friends. Every room has an ensuite which makes things easy when getting ready. We didn’t test the pool as it was a bit chilly. However the views are just unbeatable.

The most beautiful views, wonderful location, great communication, really great housekeeping. The only negative I would say is the beds were not very comfy. I would recommend new mattresses. I slept well but my mom and brother found it a little uncomfortable. Other than - faultless

Here is a suggestion for the review: We had a wonderful stay in this accommodation! The apartment is beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The view is incredible! And the pool is larger than expected. Particularly the central location is fantastic – you can reach all major attractions/beach and restaurants in no time on foot. Of course, in such a location you can hear the traffic, but that is not a problem if you appreciate the convenience of being close to everything. We would definitely come back and can only recommend this accommodation!
