This luxurious one-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of the CBD and offers accommodation in a lifestyle node where you can meet, shop, taste, explore, and stay. Perfectly located within the cultural quarter of the city, near the CTICC, and a stone's throw from the lush greenery of The Company Gardens. It is from here that you can truly get a sense of Cape Town at its best. Just a scenic 10-15 minute drive to Table Mountain and the beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay.

The Space

This monochrome light and airy apartment is punctuated by a vibrancy and pop of colour. A great deal of thought and consideration has gone into making this space the ideal base for exploring the city, mountains, and beaches. Locals and visitors alike enjoy the area's warmth and trendy vibe under the bustling city node which is no stranger to nearby cultural parades, such as vibrant music and jazz festivals.

The open-concept kitchen, lounge-cum-dining areas, offer a peaking view of the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and everything you'll need to channel your inner Jamie Oliver!

There is a comfortable queen-sized bed in the bedroom, as well as a clean en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower overhead.

Guest Access

• Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to themselves.

Other Things To Note:

• We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required.
• Linen and towels as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided.
• The building is currently undergoing renovations and you may hear construction during working hours.
• You are required to have your valid physical identification document (ID/passport/drivers) on arrival for check-in.
• Only the booked guest can stay. Please make sure the person who made the booking is the one staying. Third-party bookings aren’t allowed for everyone’s safety.
• Visitors are welcome, but must sign in. If you’re expecting visitors, kindly have them sign in with security at the lobby when they arrive.
• A damages deposit of R2000 is required to secure your reservation.

• Check-out before: 10:00
• We do not allow any parties or events at the property. No more than 2 guests are allowed at the property at any time without prior approval.
• Please keep noise levels to a minimum (especially after 10pm).
• No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises.
• No pets are permitted on the property.
