I stayed here for a month and had an excellent experience. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described perfect for a longer stay. The location was convenient, and the amenities made it feel like home. The host was professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. I’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The biggest issue was safety and privacy. I never knew who had a key—housekeeping repeatedly entered without notice, left the door unlocked, and even other staff walked in freely. At least two people had keys, but clearly more had access. The unit itself had a cracked window the entire stay, unreliable Wi-Fi, and every morning I was woken up by loud, monotonous knocking noises. When I raised this, the host said it was just the building creaking and that nothing could be done. Even worse, the emergency number did not work when I was stuck inside the home, leaving me without help for 2 hours. Before booking, I asked about a washer and dryer and was told there was one, only to arrive and find no dryer—the host admitted this only after I pressed. The area itself was full of rats, noise, and unhoused individuals digging through trash. I ultimately left early due to safety concerns, and instead of taking accountability, the host charged me $600.
