Culinary spaces are equally impressive, with three fully equipped kitchens designed to cater effortlessly to larger groups or extended stays. Things To Note:

The property is conveniently located near a main route, and light road noise may occasionally be heard from the rear garden. However, the soothing presence of the fountains, along with the quiet interiors and front garden, ensures a peaceful overall experience.

Guests are provided with their own set of keys and enjoy exclusive use of the villa, ensuring complete privacy throughout their stay. The on-site team operates from entirely separate living quarters with a private entrance, allowing for discreet service without intrusion.

We do not reside on the property; however, we are nearby and readily available should you need anything during your stay. You are welcome to reach out to us or a member of our team at any time; whether you require maintenance assistance, wish to arrange a private tour or airport transfer, or would simply like curated local recommendations.

To ensure a seamless and comfortable experience, the home is supported by a dedicated on-site team. The housekeeper provides a daily turndown service, including bed-making and general day-to-day cleaning such as dishes. Please note that laundry, ironing, and babysitting services are not included.

The houseman takes great care in maintaining the property’s outdoor spaces, ensuring the gardens remain lush and immaculate, the fountains flow beautifully, and the pool is kept sparkling clean. He also oversees the upkeep of the patio and fireplaces. Should you wish to enjoy a fire, we kindly ask that you refrain from lighting it yourself and instead request assistance from the houseman, who will be delighted to prepare it for you.

Our home is in the heart of the Constantia Winelands, with many beautiful vineyards and restaurants nearby. It is also very well situated for hiking and visits to Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, and is a short drive from the beautiful beaches on the west coast (Clifton, Camps Bay, and Llandudno) and the east coast (Kalk Bay, Noordhoek, and Simon's Town).

We suggest using Uber or getting a rental car for touring the numerous wine farms and other points of interest in the area.

Additional cleaning and laundry services can be arranged upon request at an additional cost, should you require further assistance during your stay.
