Newly built 2-bedroom, 2-story apartment on the border of trendy De Waterkant and historical Bo Kaap. This stylish apartment has floor to ceiling windows and a balcony, giving it a bright and airy feel. These features also afford some incredible views of Table Mountain and Lion's Head. Perfectly located within walking distance of the V&A Waterfront and some of Cape Town's best restaurants, bars, and cafes. Just a 10-minute drive to Table Mountain and the world-famous Clifton and Camps Bay beaches.

The Space:

This spacious apartment offers stunning, contemporary design with an artistic finish. It features a modern open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge which opens onto a large balcony with mountain views, with double glazed windows to prevent noise from the road. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with high-end appliances, and the living area has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Both bedrooms are on the second floor of the apartment.

The main bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom with separate shower and bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and separate bathroom with a walk-in shower. The design aesthetic is about form and function being melded seamlessly together, to create an environment that is as practical as it is beautiful.

Guest Access:

Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to themselves.

Other Things To Note:

We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required.

Linen & towels as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided.

House Rules:

• Strictly no smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes, or any other substance—is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without warning.
• Zero tolerance for unauthorized visitors. Only registered guests who are included in the original reservation are allowed on the property. No guest may bring visitors, friends, or additional people who are not part of the confirmed booking. This is a zero-tolerance policy, and any violation will result in immediate eviction.
• Identification document needed upon arrival. The guest who made the booking must be the one to check in. A physical form of government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID) must be presented upon arrival to verify the booking. Unfortunately, we cannot allow check-in for third parties or individuals whose names do not match the reservation.
• Check-in from: 15:00
• Check-out before: 10:00
• We do not allow any parties or events at the property. No more than 4 guests are allowed at the property at any time without prior approval
• Please keep noise levels to a minimum (especially after 10PM)
• No pets are permitted on the property.

Please note, you are required to have your valid physical identification document (ID/ Passport/Drivers) on arrival for check-in.
