The fridge, freezer, and oven do not work during load-shedding. The air conditioners and the geysers are also excluded from the power backup.

What Does Not Require Power:

There is a gas stove that works throughout load-shedding.

Housekeeping:

This home has housekeeping Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.

Child Policy:

This home welcomes children of all ages.

Smoking Policy:

This property is strictly non-smoking but allows smoking outside.

Cameras:

Exterior cameras are managed by the Marina Estate security and are placed in and around entrances, exits, and general communal areas for all staying in the complex. This is a high-security estate.
