Nestled in the beautiful suburb of Higgovale, at the foot of Table Mountain, Higgo Sands offers an elevated holiday experience. This duplex apartment is approximately a six-minute drive from the Table Mountain Cableway and 10 minutes from Camps Bay Beach.

Upstairs, the air-conditioned living area features seating for seven, a TV, and a dining area with seating for eight to ten, complemented by a modern kitchen boasting a gas hob, breakfast bar, and separate scullery. This space opens onto the outdoor terrace, where further dining and seating for eight create the perfect setting for relaxation against a backdrop of mountain and partial sea views.

Four bedrooms feature dedicated bathrooms and ceiling fans. Downstairs, the primary suite includes a king-sized bed, desk, seating for two, air conditioning, and a bathroom with a bath, double shower, and double vanity. Also located downstairs, two twin bedrooms share a mountain-view balcony with the main suite, while the fourth bedroom upstairs features a queen-sized bed and desk area. The remaining bathrooms offer showers and single vanities.

Guests also enjoy full access to two communal swimming pools with sun loungers and seating areas, and a communal gym, which are perfect for unwinding or staying active during your stay.

Housekeeping:

This home has housekeeping Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 15:00, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

This home is located in a peaceful residential area and is fitted with a noise-monitoring device.
