Located in the Waterfront Marina, this sophisticated two-bedroom apartment is within walking distance of the V&A Waterfront. It is situated just approximately a 20-minute drive from the popular Table Mountain Aerial Cableway and close to the trendy Bree Street strip, which is filled with hip cafes, delis, wine bars, and fine dining establishments.
Space:
Elegant and modern, this two-bedroom apartment is the perfect base for exploring the Mother City. The open-plan living area is the heart of the home, featuring a well-equipped kitchen, dining for six guests, and an inviting TV lounge. Sliding doors lead outside onto the private balcony with views of the Waterfront Marina canals.
Both of the bedrooms are en-suite and enjoy scenic views. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and balcony access, while the second bedroom has twin beds which can be converted into a king-size bed on request. Outside on the balcony is comfortable patio furniture and a sun lounger, where you can relax and enjoy the views of the canal. There are also four swimming pools and a fully equipped gym for use by all guests.

This apartment is within walking distance of both the V&A Waterfront, which has a variety of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, and Cape Town city centre. Our host will meet you at the apartment on arrival, show you to your designated parking bay, and check you in.

The property is situated close to world-famous beaches, the trendy Bree Street, Table Mountain, and the V&A Waterfront. The popular Grand Africa Cafe and Oranjezicht City Farm Market are within walking distance. You could not want for more!

This apartment is stunning! The location is perfect, close to the shopping center, great restaurants and plenty to do within reach. The surroundings are so beautiful, my family and I felt at home. I highly recommend this place for a memorable stay.

A really lovely apartment in a fantastic location. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, so you feel very secure. It also gets the lunchtime / afternoon sun, which is lovely. It is really beautifully decorated and you can see so much care has been taken with the layout and amenities. Lots of hangers in the wardrobes, which are great. Very clean! They provide a daily housekeeping service, so do be aware of this. The gym / main pool and coffee shop within the development are first class. Highly recommended.

Luxury accommodation by the waterfrontWe could not fault this property. It had all the security and comfort you would wish for when visiting Cape Town. The bedrooms were big and the open bathroom in master made the whole feel bright and spacious. We found this location to be ideal for a family holiday with a toddler. The waterfront has many activities for the little ones, including soft play in some cafes. There are endless options for dining nearby including high end (Nobu etc) and the Time Out Market with lots of cheap eats.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the waterfront marina. The apartment was large, comfortable and well stocked. It was an easy walk to the V&A waterfront. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was large with everything you would need. The development has a few pools and a small gym which were nice to have. The host was responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend it and stay here again.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views of the canal. The place was very comfortable with lots of space for a family of four. We felt very safe and loved that we could walk to the waterfront.

A hidden gem in the exclusive waterfrontEverything about the whole experience was fantastic. we had a fantastic time the new inverter unit works fantastic, like there is no load shedding. So effortless joy this is our chosen home away from home
