This a fabulous villa with a gorgeous view overlooking Camps Bay. Comfortable furnishings, modern kitchen and bathrooms. Actually 2 properties with a linked self contained 2 bed apartment with its own kitchen and pool which is below the main house. The kitchen is really well equipped with usual stuff along with an air fryer and Nespresso (supplied with pods). The upper pool has a beautiful patio with sun loungers and an amazing view of the bay. The pool is comfortably heated. There are 4 double bedrooms in the main house (3 with en-suite) and a double and twin room in the attached apartment. We only used the rooms in the main house but all were very comfortable with good blackout curtains and air conditioning. The lounge is very comfortable with huge sofas and a fabulous sliding window that opens up to the view. The villa is in a quiet location looking down on Camps Bay. It is a good 15-20 minute walk down to the beach, restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our 4 day stay, check-in was seamless and had no issues at all.

Although we had problems with the front door, and the contact phone did not respond, later they refunded us money and gave us 1 day free of stay.

Good: - great location - sea view - safe area and house Bad: - electricity cut out first night & we thought the house had back up power, an electrician had to be called - cleaner was terrible 0/10. House wasn’t clean. She’d come 9-3pm daily but spent the time in the second living room on the phone, watching tv, eating, so that room was out of bounds for us, she felt like an additional guest. She only did the beds and put dishes in the dishwasher. Bins were not changed, she didn’t hoover or change loo rolls considering she was there 6 hrs a day. We have toddlers and she kept letting people into the house without asking us. She also let herself in with keys without ringing the bell so she kept appearing. We got a new cleaner for our last day who was much better. - pool was cleaned on the last day despite requesting on the first day, so we didn’t get to use it - not a very toddler friendly house, glass table, no pool gates, stone stairs Overall: Good house, just not managed well

Lovely location however requires a massive amount of work to do the property up given the faults identified and cleanliness. A full check of the property should be completed and this was mentioned in our meeting.
