The Space:
Designed to offer guests an intimate sanctuary with unobstructed views across the sea, this five-star apartment leaves no stone unturned when it comes to luxe living.
A study of modern sophistication and style, the multi-level design provides all the rooms with unfettered views of the ocean, while glass sliding doors and floor-to-ceiling windows create a seamless connection between the interior and exterior spaces.
Accessed by a lift from the undercover parking garage, the apartment opens onto a beautiful double-volume living space which is stylishly furnished with designer décor and beautiful artworks. The open-plan living area features a comfortable lounge with a gas fireplace, large Smart TV, and a dining area with a 10-seater dining table. Glass folding sliding doors allow the lounge to open out onto a large, shaded terrace with a swimming pool, an outdoor lounge, sun loungers, and 180-degree magnificent ocean views. The terrace wraps around the side of the building where there is an outdoor bar area with a gas barbecue and all the facilities for alfresco dining.
The living area flows seamlessly into a modern, open-plan kitchen with high-end Miele appliances, including a state-of-the-art coffee machine, a convection oven, microwave, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. There is ample cupboard space in the kitchen and a breakfast bar with four stools is ideal for casual entertaining. A private guest toilet is set just off the living area.
The stylish décor and cool grey tones of the first level flow into the second level of the apartment, which features three bedrooms. These include a beautiful master bedroom and en-suite bathroom and two guest bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other a private dedicated bathroom.
The master bedroom is a study of understated luxury with a king-size bed and an exquisite open bathroom with an oval soaking tub, a spacious rain shower, and double vanities. A walk-in closet provides plenty of storage space, and the room flows out onto a private balcony with outdoor seating and breathtaking ocean and mountain views. The master bedroom has a ceiling fan and air-conditioning as well as a large flat screen smart TV.
The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, built-in cupboards, a large wall-mounted flat-screen smart television partial ocean and mountain views, and an en-suite bathroom with a large rain shower and a single vanity. This airy and bright room has access to a private side patio with a small table and chairs and stairs leading down to the outdoor bar area on the first level.
The third bedroom features a king-sized bed that can be converted into two single beds, built-in cupboards, and a private bathroom with a spacious rain shower and a single vanity. This bedroom has air-conditioning, Smart TV, and partial ocean views.
The apartment is fully secure with on-site security and private tag access. It has two dedicated off-street parking bays in a closed garage beneath the building and direct access to the apartment is via a lift that can only be utilised with a tag.

Transit:
The MyCiti bus stops a 1 min walk up the road and will connect you to the Waterfront, CBD and beaches beyond. The famous red "hop-on hop-off bus" also stops at the Waterfront and is a great way to explore our beautiful city on your first day.
Taxis and Uber also readily service this area. If you do decide to hire a car there is secure underground parking dedicated to the apartment.

Electricity:
South Africa has been experiencing periods of load-shedding (un-scheduled electricity disruptions). This means that electricity goes off for periods of 2.5 hours or more at a time. We often do not know in advance when this will happen. Most of our owners, however, have taken a number of measures to ensure your greatest comfort during your stay. However, there is an app you can download in order to ensure you know what times it will take place and plan your day accordingly. Please search your app store for the following app = ESP – The Loadshedding App. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. This is, unfortunately, something that is out of our hands and governed by the South African Electricity providers. Accordingly, neither the property manager nor the owner shall be liable for any refunds, compensation or discounts as a result of services being unavailable due to load shedding.
Noise Control:
This Apartment is situated in a quiet residential area and we need to adhere to strict noise control measures implemented by the body corporate and city council for this area. We therefore need you to understand and accept the following conditions:
- No parties of any kind are to be held at the apartment.
- No noise or music of any nature (heard by neighbours) is allowed between 9pm and 7am during the week and between 10pm and 7am on weekends.
- No hooting or shouting in the street at any time (day and night).
- Should you have a guest or two visiting please make them aware that parking is very limited and not to park in front of another person's garage or driveway.
Travel Insurance:
It is imperative that you have procured adequate and fully comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover and cover for theft of personal items.
Groups:
No groups of all solo travellers unless by request. No bachelor/bachelorette party groups permitted.
Children:
Although we accept children at this property, there may still be child safety issues and concerns for guests with younger children, such as balconies, split-level terraces and unfenced pools. Guests staying with children do so at their own risk and are urged to take all due care and attention during their stay.
Monthly Stays:
- Please note on monthly discounts, electricity will be for your own account.
- No daily housekeeping will be included within the rate but can be paid for additionally when available and permitted.
- Standard amenities eg WiFi, and DSTV if applicable, will be included.
