Space
This double-storey, three-bedroom penthouse is situated in the heart of Sea Point in a secure block with parking.
Enter on the middle level, where you will find the open-plan living and dining areas and kitchen, which open up to the gorgeous deck with a private swimming pool, outside dining and spectacular views of the city and Lion's Head.
The master suite is one level above, with an en-suite bathroom and incredible views of the city and mountains.
The second and third en-suite bedrooms are found on the lower level.
Relax on the deck, take a dip in the pool and watch the sun go down while sipping on a cold glass of South African wine. Life couldn't get better than this!
Load Shedding Back Up
What Is Powered: All of the lights, the entertainment, Wi-Fi and all of the plugs in the property. They are powered for four to six hours depending on what is running.
What Isn't Powered: The air conditioners and the geysers are also excluded from the power backup. Building lifts don't work during load shedding.
Housekeeping
This home has housekeeping Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.

We had a wonderful time exploring Cape Town. Our accommodations were perfect. The views were stunning, the space was large and clean. We loved the location! Fantastic access to local eateries and shops. It was centrally located, making it convenient for everything. We can't wait to come back.

The description was accurate. We can recommend this place. It is located in an area with good eateries and bars. It's not particularly quiet but comfortable.

So good, we booked it again for next year! It's a little paradise in a very central spot. The place is well-equipped and absolutely delightful. The view of Signal Hill is stunning and the view of the sea is lovely. The sun shines on the terrace until late afternoon, making it very bright and airy. The parking and security are great and the location is convenient. Caroline, who looked after us daily, was fantastic and superb. The check-in process with Nox and Terrence, as well as their assistance with any queries, was very welcoming and helpful. We can't wait to go back next year.

This penthouse is amazing with an incredible view. We loved the location in Sea Point. The private pool is nice and we enjoyed opening up all the big sliding glass doors at night.
