Space
This double-storey, three-bedroom penthouse is situated in the heart of Sea Point in a secure block with parking.
Enter on the middle level, where you will find the open-plan living and dining areas and kitchen, which open up to the gorgeous deck with a private swimming pool, outside dining and spectacular views of the city and Lion's Head.
The master suite is one level above, with an en-suite bathroom and incredible views of the city and mountains.
The second and third en-suite bedrooms are found on the lower level.
Relax on the deck, take a dip in the pool and watch the sun go down while sipping on a cold glass of South African wine. Life couldn't get better than this!
Load Shedding Back Up
What Is Powered: All of the lights, the entertainment, Wi-Fi and all of the plugs in the property. They are powered for four to six hours depending on what is running.
What Isn't Powered: The air conditioners and the geysers are also excluded from the power backup. Building lifts don't work during load shedding.
Housekeeping
This home has housekeeping Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.
Child Policy
This home does not accommodate children under 12.

All I have to say is amazing …. The staff thank you everyone Easy to check in I was last minute as well The whole team there is the best from the security to the check in agent to the housekeeping the lady is amazing kept everything so so clean as well as the agent that checked us in …. Now for the views pictures can’t even describe how scenic this penthouse is .. everything close by walking distance The pool felt amazing night views and restraints just around the corner best area and best people thank you will defently book again

nice view and great and stylish apartment with private pool. maybe 2 more sunbeds would be great but other than that its all perfect and lots of stuff and details available, even coffee, milk, daily cleaning etc. Very modern and nearly 360 degree view.

This stunning three-level penthouse in Sea Point was perfect for our family of five. The views were breathtaking, with 180-degree panoramas of the ocean and Lion's Head mountain from the mostly glass walls. The building was very secure, and the easy check-in process and daily housekeeping were fantastic perks. We loved using the outdoor barbecue and having satellite TV. A few things could be improved. The two downstairs bedrooms lack air conditioning, which, combined with the direct sun exposure through the glass walls, made them quite warm. The pool is also unheated and the lighting in the outdoor area could be brighter. We were also a little disappointed there was no streaming TV available. Overall, the positive aspects—especially the incredible views and excellent service—far outweighed the minor issues. We would recommend this penthouse to anyone looking for a secure and scenic stay in Cape Town.

My stay has been fantastic. The apartment is beautiful, with a perfect location, daily cleaning service, spectacular views, close to restaurants and the beach. I would definitely repeat.

Accommodation was very clean and the service and communication were great. Very helpful and quick response from the host for issues and concerns. The view was top from the accommodation.
