The Space:
This three-bedroom penthouse has a rooftop deck with incredible views of the city. Centrally situated in Green Point, this is a perfect lock-up-and-leave holiday apartment.
The modern, open-plan kitchen leads into the living area, from which two of the three bedrooms are accessed. Up a flight of stairs, you will find the rooftop deck with comfortable seating and a bar area – perfect for sundowners.
Guests also have access to a communal swimming pool.
Load Shedding Backup:
- The WiFi is powered by an uninterruptible power supply (UPS).
- A gas stove and a gas braai (barbecue) are available, which do not require electricity.
- Please note that the building lifts do not operate during load shedding.
Housekeeping:
This home includes housekeeping services from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these excluded days upon request.
Child Policy:
This home does not accommodate children under the age of 12.

The apartment is beautiful, really stunning! The upstairs deck is the best place for enjoying the view at sunset, highly recommended! The kitchen has limited equipment but it's good enough for a short stay. There is a picture of a pool in the listing, but it's not a private pool. You can find it just down the passage. The view is fantastic. It is super centrally located and was perfect for our business trip.
