This elegant room offers an extra-length king-size bed for a luxurious night's sleep. It leads onto a balcony and includes a TV on a table that doubles as a work desk. There is an en-suite bathroom which is equipped with a walk-in shower and a bathtub for flexibility and relaxation.

This room includes another extra-length king-size bed for a luxurious night's sleep. This bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom which is equipped with a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 3:

Perfect for friends or family, this room includes an extra-length queen-size bed for a luxurious night's sleep. There is a standalone bathroom, located just down the hallway, which features a shower, providing you with flexibility and comfort.

• Uncapped Wifi: Stay connected with high-speed internet, perfect for remote work or staying in touch with loved ones.
• Netflix: Enjoy your favourite shows and movies on the 70-inch smart TV.
• Washing machine: Take advantage of the in-unit washing machine for added convenience during your stay.
• Backup power: Rest easy knowing that scheduled power outages (load-shedding) should not disrupt your Wifi connectivity and usage of selected appliances.

Guest Access:

Guests will be given their own set of keys and will have the apartment to themselves.

We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request at an extra cost, if required.

Linen and towels, as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar, and basic shower amenities, are provided.

Please note that there is currently active construction in the surrounding area between 08:00 and 17:00, which some guests may find disruptive during daytime hours.

• We do not allow any parties or events at the property. No more than six guests are allowed at the property at any time without prior approval.
• Please keep noise levels to a minimum (especially after 22:00).
• No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises.
• No pets are permitted on the property.
