Space
This stunning Camps Bay villa is a welcoming place for a holiday. Just a 5-minute walk from the famous Camps Bay beach and Promenade.
Enjoy the spacious living areas which flow easily from the inside lounge to the outside shaded dining area. The living areas are open plan to the modern fully equipped kitchen and perfect for entertaining.
An inverter has been installed which powers lights, plugs and internet during periods of load shedding (electricity outages), which happens from time to time in South Africa.
The sun deck has comfortable loungers where you can relax and hop into the private swimming pool. All while enjoying sea views.
All 4 bedrooms are furnished with luxurious beds and are en-suite. Three of the 4 bedrooms have sea views, while the fourth bedroom looks onto Lion's Head and has a private balcony.
On the lower level of the apartment is the TV room with large L-shaped sofas as well as a small gym area.

What Is Powered: The ceiling lights, television and decoder and the Wifi.
What Isn't Powered:Â Fridge, washing machine, air-conditioning and geyser.
What Doesn't Require: There is a gas stove that works throughout load shedding.
Housekeeping
This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.

We had a lovely time at this building. Location was great and we extended our stay to relax more. We will definitely be back and I recommend this property to anyone travelling as a family or group

We had a wonderful time, the property with the view is a dream. Very secure. A special thanks to the housekeeping, it was super clean and well-maintained. The location is great, close to the city, the beach, and all sorts of attractions. The pool is perfect, narrow but long enough. The street noise can be heard, especially in the mornings, but waking up to a breathtaking view of the sea makes it worthwhile.
