Noise And The Neighbourhood:

• Guests and visitors must keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing neighbouring properties, especially during nighttime hours (10 pm – 8 am) and upon arrival and departure.
• No loud music, djs, or filming of the property for any commercial or recreational use is permitted on the premises.

Visitors:

• No additional guests are allowed at the house for any event without the host's permission.
• Any additional overnight visitors must be approved in advance during the booking process and are subject to an additional fee at the host's discretion.

Functions:

• Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at the rental. Any small gatherings must comply with other rules regarding noise, the neighbourhood, and visitor numbers.
• All small gatherings must be discussed with the host prior to check-in during the booking process.
• Cape Town Luxury Escapes reserves the right to cancel the booking and ask guests to leave the premises immediately should this rule be violated. The balance of the guest's stay will be refunded in full.

Parking:

• Guests and any permitted visitors must comply with parking regulations, show consideration to neighbours, and park only in designated parking areas or permitted bays.

Smoking:

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Smoking is allowed only outside on the patios, decks, or garden areas.
• Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly (i.e. in the ashtrays provided) and not thrown on the property grounds.

Drugs:

• Users are not allowed to possess, cultivate, produce, or distribute illegal drugs.
• Guests must follow the host's house rules relating to smoking and the use of legal drugs.

Emergency Contact Details:

• In the event of an emergency relating to the property, the emergency contact list is displayed in the house manual.

Security:

• Guests are responsible for setting the alarm when leaving the property.
• When guests leave the rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage.
• Guests must switch off lights, air conditioning, fans, and electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving.
• It is not permitted to leave the air conditioning on when guests are absent from the property.
• Failure to follow these instructions may result in an additional charge for excessive electricity consumption.

Breach Of Terms And Conditions:

• If any of these terms and conditions are breached by any of the guests or invitees, the property manager reserves the right to re-enter the property and terminate the rental without prejudice.
