The accommodation was very clean and spacious! The furnishings were somewhat old-fashioned and upon closer inspection, a few parts were not optimally placed or somewhat outdated. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable and the communication with the management team was excellent. That worked very well. We also felt very safe.

The services provided by the concierge team were very good for both the welcome, departure, and daily cleaning. The downside concerns the location of the house, which is really on the corniche road with the resulting traffic, which we didn't really anticipate when booking because the location is not very precise. Furthermore, the pool filtration (not heated) was not working, so we had murky water for 5 days. Once it was fixed, we noticed that the liner was very tired with uninviting streaks, making it difficult to keep our baby by the pool due to the constant noise and water cleanliness issues. In addition, the wooden exterior carpentry is quite worn out, making it difficult to open the door and windows.

The AC in the main room was broken, making it unbearable to use. The response from the management team was slow, and it was not repaired during the stay. The only time they could send a repair person was at 8am after I requested not to be disturbed so early. They did not offer any discount for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, our stay was unpleasant. We were not informed that the address required additional information, so the Uber driver took us to the wrong location. The agent took forever to provide us with directions. The house was clean, but the building and furniture seemed a bit run down and outdated, not meeting expectations for the price. It is also located on the main road, so you get a lot of noise. The most disappointing aspect was that the master bedroom, the only nice room in the house, was not usable for most of the stay as it was extremely hot without working AC. The shower had massive leaks, causing water to flow into the living room. It took days to get it fixed. They accidentally locked us in and took a long time to free us. Even after that incident, they only provided us with 1 key for the garage. The compensation offered was inadequate.
