Gaze at the beautiful Table Mountain range from the loungers and bask in the sun all day on the north-facing patio.

This is an unbeatable location for families wanting quick access to local and international tourist attractions, which are just a few minutes' drive away.

The house features a solar battery backup system that powers the lights, plugs, Wi-Fi, and security system.

The four rooms are spacious and private, and all are en-suite. The fourth room currently contains a large couch, a television, and a study nook. If you are booking for eight guests, this room is transformed into a beautiful queen-size sleeper. Every room has a view of the garden, and the main bedroom boasts views of the Table Mountain range.

The Perfect Spot For Entertainment:

The open-plan kitchen, equipped with all the latest amenities and a large island, flows directly to the dining room and into the lounge for the perfect afternoon nap. Open the retractable glass doors to bring the outdoors in and relax on the loungers while tanning by the pool.

For those who love a barbecue, there is an indoor-outdoor fireplace and comfort area, perfectly accompanied by a glass of red wine from the nearby farms.

Constantia Village is five minutes away, where you can find Woolworths, Pick n Pay, and various restaurants. High Constantia Village is less than a minute's drive away; enjoy delicious coffee from Chardonnay Deli, then walk across to Old Town Italy for incredible pizza and pasta.

Finally, there is a one-bedroom guest cottage with an en-suite bathroom at the back of the house. If you would like to rent this for your stay, it is available for an additional R1,850 per night.

Guests will have full access to the property.

There is a cottage on the property which normally has a long-term tenant, but you are welcome to check if it is available if you require an extra room. The cottage has its own entrance and is completely separate from the house.

Your host is always available on WhatsApp and will be staying in Cape Town, ready to help with recommendations on the best spots to visit.

Parking is available inside the property behind a gated electric fence. Guests may also park on the quiet road outside the property.
