Excellent! Great location. Walkable.

The apartment is exactly as seen in the pictures. It is located on the 2nd floor and easily accessible by elevator. The building is absolutely secure, and the free underground parking is a great help. Space is always available there. The only small drawback is the nightclub nearby. But Nox mentions this in the description. It is only visited on Fridays and Saturdays. We really liked it overall.

Arrival and reception from Portia and team was efficient and straightforward. The team are responsive and the apartment has all modern conveniences. Great city nook. You are in the heart of the city yet the apartment feels tucked away enough to enjoy rest and relaxation. The balcony makes for an urban hideaway. Conveniently based for the De Waterkant village. All modern security entry facilities including sign-in tabs and private underground parking keep you feeling safe.

Lovely flat in a modern building with 24-hour security on the front desk. The washing machine was much appreciated, and the apartment was generally well equipped. The bed was very comfortable, and the walk-in shower was very nice. The local area had a Spar about 3 minutes walk away, and a good selection of restaurants. It was only a 15-minute walk to the V&A Waterfront, and not much further to the CBD, a good base for exploring much of Cape Town. They were very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough and would certainly stay again.

This spot was perfect for my time in CT, such a lovely hideaway, my arrival was smooth with a wonderful in-person check-in and tour around the space, felt right at home, had absolutely everything I needed, close to so many amenities and great dining spots. Communication with the host was spot on and super responsive and helpful. Would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great CT getaway & I would definitely return in the future to stay here again.

Second time staying here, perfect as always!!

This apartment is very convenient. There is a housekeeper that tidies up in the mornings, makes the bed, etc. Situated near a very good Italian restaurant and bar. Not the heart of the city but a location where you are central to the north and south if your trip ever expands to the central city, and to Camps Bay Beach. You are right in the middle. They have a good team looking after this place. And will be looking to stay at another owned rental space for a future visit to Cape Town. There's security downstairs, check-in was smooth. My only dislike is there are not too many walkable shops, cafes, etc. in the immediate area. But it's not enough excuse to take a star away. Loved my stay.

The apartment was spacious with quality furnishings. Central location. Good AC. Secure building. They are professionally run and very competent which is a relief in a local market full of amateurs and dirty apartments. Housekeeping was a nice touch. But bring earplugs, the club across the street can get noisy on some nights.
